Collaboration in Action

Great collaboration doesn't happen by accident. It takes trust, communication and a willingness to work together. In Improv we use the concept of Yes, And... where any idea is taken and built on. Well we know that in the corporate world, its doesn't make sense to always say yes. However, exploring an idea is different to a straight Yes, or No.

​In this Workshop we’ll explore:

• What does Yes, And... mean in the corporate world ?

• How can we take an idea and make it work?

• When ideas or opinions conflict, how do we bring them together?

​

Because the key to putting collaboration into Action is how to lead ideas, opinions and conflicts in the moment, while ensuring everyone gets to share.​
