Unlock Your Potential
Through Connection

Jason Moran helps individuals and organizations realize their full potential through tailored Learning & Development programs and Applied Improvisation workshops designed for growth.

Understand yourself. Connect with others. Achieve more together.

I help individuals and teams unlock their potential through greater self-awareness, stronger communication and more effective collaboration.

As an Insights Discovery accredited practitioner with and L&D professional 8 + years' experience, I use this powerful framework to help people understand themselves and others, recognise different strengths and preferences, and build stronger working relationships.

My approach combines Insights Discovery, evidence-based learning and experiential facilitation, including applied improvisation. I create engaging, practical experiences that go beyond simply sharing knowledge, helping people put what they learn into action and make a lasting difference to how they work together.

Insights Discovery

Based on the work of psychologist Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is a great starting point for understanding ourselves and the people we work with. It helps us recognise our own preferences and appreciate that others may think and behave differently.

Lead in the Moment

There is no scientific number that tells us exactly how much leadership happens in the moment. Yet, as leaders, a significant part of our time is spent responding to challenges, navigating disagreement, and adapting when unforeseen events change our plans.

Stakeholder Management

Managing stakeholders is one of the more daunting responsibilities for an employee. Especially when we manage the project/product but not the people we need to do the work. So what is really driving a stakeholders  response? You can't control the stakeholder, yet you can control how well you understand the moment.

Applied Improvisation

Master the Stage

Stage fright is not uncommon, even the most seasoned public speakers once had it, and possibly still do on occasion. Like everything else in life, there are a set of skills we can learn and practice to get us from a Fear of Public Speaking to  The Joy of being Heard.

Collaboration in Action

Great collaboration doesn't happen by accident. It takes trust, communication and a willingness to work together. Through improvisation, we can practise the skills that help us move from working alongside each other to achieving more together.

Think on Your Feet

Ever been in a meeting when someone else says exactly what you were thinking and gets the credit? While you were busy judging your contribution, they went for it. In this course, we learn to trust our spontaneity, speak up and seize the moment.
